There are many upright growing branches in the top half of the tree, and many upright growing branches are emerging from the main branches in the lower crown.	The arborist has reduced the upright branches in the upper crown back to lateral branches using reduction cuts. He is now repositionng himself so he can do the same in the lower crown.
